OH Hello! It's been a while... but I'm here and I bring you ideas - party ideas at that!! I may or may not have bought some of what is listed. Judge me, I'm okay with it. If you don't buy it, I hope it at least inspires some party outfits for the holidays.

This blush makes my life. Nevermind the fact it contains amazonian clay and is naturally baked by the sun; It truly wears through the entire day (said to last up to 12 hours)! There are 8 available shades that are geared to suit every skintone. I own the two above. Both are very buildable shades. Tipsy is my weekday shade. I hardly wear any makeup during the week so it comes in handy to add a little something to my face. Exposed is the perfect nude blush. This is my go-to when going out on the weekend. It adds depth to my cheeks and a warmth to my face. The only bummer? The price tag: at $25 US each (I forget how much it is in stores). Well worth the money in my opinion.

How amazing is this hair? Once upon a time I got a perm and managed to get burned by the solution during the process (Burns and I go together like fire to marshmellows). Nevertheless, the end goal was to turn out like this. Failure ensued and I ended up taking a flat iron to it. Acheived some nice waves though.

Way to get off topic. Nasty Gal's latest campaign has this doll all over it and I'm swooning. Big curly hair is where it's at. Unfortunately, I'm left with the fried and limp end of the stick.

(Stone Cold Fox "Bonita" Dress - $315 & Go Jane Crochet Tank Dress - $39)
Between paying school back and wasting most of my income on food, I find it hard to justify spending money on the expensive, shapeless frocks my heart desires. Though I occasionally indulge myself every once in a while, I am constantly on the hunt for a cheaper alternative to satisfy my cravings.

Though not seasonally appropriate, this Stone Cold Fox "Bonita" dress is my ideal shape, which is clearly: a box. I enjoy the contours of my body subtly being enhanced by a dress through movement. Please dont cling. I hate clingers. But for $315? I shall pass on such dreams.

And thus, this crochet beauty emerged from the depths of the Go Jane seas. Though it appears there is no form of modesty on top, the understated silhoutte keeps the dress from crossing that fine line.

Not such an out-of-the-box inpiration board but its one I'm drawn to time and time again - A perfectly lined eye and an effortless uniform. Brand it "hipster" but there is no denying its magentic pull.
